You need a plan that will fit your company with the right amount of sophistication and simplicity. After understanding what you are hoping for from the retirement plan, we will go over what type of plan fits you the best. We will walk you through the process and what you will be responsible for and what we will cover for you. Once your plan is in place, our job is not done. Ongoing we will be a constant resource for you on questions, consultation, and assistance.
THE PROCESS
The first step is to gather information about your company including employee names, wages, dates of birth, and dates of hire. From this information we can run preliminary illustrations for what design options make the most sense.
After running the analysis of the illustrations, we will present the findings and go over what questions you may have.
Once you are ready to move forward, we will begin building your plan’s legal documents. Once they are completed they will be sent to you for final signature.
We will assist with the process of getting your plan set up at the record-keeper that you choose. After setup, we will participate on all install calls and assist with any questions from your payroll provider.
